So can you tell if I've got a pullet from a pic?

I got these 2 gold laced brahmas for free earlier this week because the lady who hatched them wasn't sure but thought they both might be males. The last couple of days they have started to look significantly different though, and I'm wondering if I got lucky and got a girl and a boy, or if it's just different markings/size that is normal variations. Can you tell? The one with the larger amount of gold on its feathers is significantly larger.

Look for large and red combs and wattles, pointy saddle feathers, crowing around 12 weeks and slower feathering (than females that is. )

Are the saddle feathers what you're seeing that make you think they're male? That's the feathers that they have, right?

Gah. I see in some pics I just looked up. The ladies get the 'lacey' appearance instead of the long gold feathers. :(

The saddle feathers are right below the tail and behind the back feathers. As you can see in the photo, the hen's saddle feathers are rounded.

Take another look now that they're a little older? I see a pinkish comb on the one I was pretty sure was a cockerel and NO comb on the one I was hoping might be a pullet.
