I just candled my shipped blue swedish duck eggs today. They are on day 6. Of the 6 eggs, 2 were clearly not fertile, 2 were clearly fertile with intact air cells, and the other 2 looked to be fertile, but the air cells were moving all over. What should I do with these eggs?

I set 6 ameracauna eggs that sound just about like yours. The air cells were damaged in all but 2 of the eggs, but I got three chicks. I would pitch the clears, and carry on with the others.

I'm getting ready to set 88+ eggs. I'm afraid to even candle. 80 were shipped from WI, MD and TX. I'm praying I have good fertility.
Only one egg was cracked and I'm not going to set it.

I have hatched 8 of 12 with detatched air cells. So long as the membrane is intact inside they will do just fine.

Its always a risk with shipped eggs..I didnt do to well with a lot of mine..But at least next season I wont have to buy in eggs anymore..
