So... last night we had our regular Ruhi study group, and as always, we played music outside on the deck. We really haven't been out there much this summer - it's just been too hot!
Anyway, we're all singing along and the phone rings. It's our newish neighbor, with whom we keep meaning to get together.
He comes over to sing with us, and we find out he and his wife are planning to get chickens! He also told us about another family very close down our street that has chickens.
Of course the first thing we told him was 'you gotta go to backyardchickens.com'
I hope we can talk all our neighbors into chickening with us!!!
