It's been years since I have had chickens. I resurrected our old chicken coop in anticipation of chickens. Kind of wanted ready to lay hens but Freys was sold out. Apparently with covid-19 everyone and their neighbors are doing chickens this year! I work at horse jumping shows in Ontario Canada but they are canceled until July. I also run a small gardening business.
So my 5-6 week old chickens arrived this morning. Boy can they fly! I ended up getting 3 Azure blue hens, 3 black sex linked hens, 3 red x hens and 1 Barred Rock rooster. They are very skittish but are eating and drinking. I joined this forum because I know I will have alot of questions. Perhaps I can trade gardening advice for chicken advice.View attachment 2126341
