Im in CA but I spend time in North Carolina each year. It sure is hard to adjust to the humidity change!


Holy cow! You're adopting 150 chickens? How did that come about?

I'm getting my chickens from a man who is reorganizing-- he is planning on spending his time helping other farmers instead of running a farm himself- so he just needed to find someone who would be willing to keep the egg production going. My actual barn space for them is between 500 and 600 square feet- that is indoor space only.
