So.... How many ducks?

I started with 11 runner \ khaki campbell last year and now have 100. it goes quick. I will have 500 by summers end. I am in the southern hemisphere so summer is just around the corner. Already have coop and run so don't need to worry about that, though I'm doing an expansion soon. I've heard that duck eggs are good for baked goods and my mom what's to make pasta

oh yes baked goods are better with duck egg!!! I make Quiche and sell them for 20$ + my eggs sales. Was thinking duck egg mayonnaise¿?
