If you honestly think you are an excellent cook then for Pete's sake ........go for it. He has a short period of time to find a chef for a multi-million dollar restaurant. They put you through all the stress the job will present to you and you have to prove you are worthy. Trust me I would love to learn under him but I couldn't handle him yelling at me either! I wouldn't have what it takes for that job.

Yes it is for the ratings and if he is that bad, why did he keep having repeated seasonal premires?
