also they werent very cooperative w/ the DRs either. My nurse called them to ask if they were going to quarantine the animal to see if it had rabies before euthanizing it. If they had, I wouldnt be going through these series of shots. My nurse actually got into it was the Humane Society lady. All well. I guess Animal Control is required to quarantine but the HS has their own set of rules......

yes please dont drown the poor thing you wouldnt drown a dog would you? Just put it out of it's misery, a shot to the temple and it's over much more humane then drowning the poor thing to death. When i hear things like this it makes me so upset that people can be so heartless to cats. yes im a cat lover, even ferals diserve to be treated with respect. (meant for the one who said about not wasting a bullet...).

Oh no! I can see the cat people lighting their torches!!

Let me distract the angry mob before they attack..."THE ONLY GOOD SNAKE IS A DEAD SNAKE!" Now run!

if the cat was not thin it was not starving, do not assume just because a cat is feral it is starving, we have one FAT @ss feral tom here, he eats, but he never comes to the cats dry food to eat.

sure a cat would take a chick as old as a month or two in a heartbeat given the opertunity, but a cat whos not desperate would not risk trying an adult hen, there is not need to try and kill feral cats, it is not their faults they are feral in the first cats, all cats are in a sense "wild", that "feral" cat, who clawed you to pieces, could have once been someone friendly loving fat housecat.

maybe I'm speaking from a cat-lover extemes point of view here, but we imbrance every feral cat we see, they keep the mice and rats down better than our domestic cats do
