So I ordered girls, did I get by mistake a boy?

My mother has two Golden lace polish I have one we ordered all three as females together.
Her two have beards and no waddles at all. Mine has no beard but has waddles.
They are 12 weeks and 2 days old please help do I have a roo or pullet?

Polish can have beards or no beards.

If they have a beard, they usually do not have visible wattles (applies to both genders.)
If they do not have a beard, they usually do have visible wattles (applies to both genders.)

So you certainly might have a cockerel, but beard vs. wattles is not caused by what gender the bird is.
