My husband told me that if the dog is amazing I have to chose between her and the kitten, we'll see about that lol I had a bad experience with the last dog I got from the shelter so I really didn't want this dog, but who knows she may be meant for our family. Come to think of it, it is so weird that I went there today, at that time, and agreed to take her without my husband’s knowledge

... My husband did say "I wouldn't let her die either, I'm not happy you just brought her home but I understand why you did it"

I cant for a minute wrap my head around the fact they were going to put her down because they couldnt find placement for her.
this is a RESCUE?

Im not impressed to say the least. maybe they need to close their doors and re focus on something else.
