I think we bypassed spring and went strait to summer. I saw one of my turkeys with it's wings spread out trying to cool off a little bit ago.

So now we are getting hammered with snow, and all main roads to our closest city are closed including the road between us and them. The only way that I could go anywhere without driving on a closed road would be to take the back gravel roads (ummm... I don't think that would be a good idea!)

Soooo... of course I get notification that I had chicks shipped today. My Chanteclers. I hope the roads get cleared and opened soon! And of course the 4 x 4 that handles snow and ice best is the one that needs gas.

I want spring!!!

We aren't getting hammered with snow, but we had the mother of all storms on Sunday. Knocked out power to three different cities, tore off billboards, uprooted trees and the rain POUNDED the heck out of our house. That was epic!!!!
