Try ordering from hoovers hatchery, they have always been very nice to me when i have ordered from them. Once I ordered some chicks from them and they were supposed to be here on Friday, well at 2 in the afternoon on Friday I still ad no chicks, I called them and they were very friendly and said if I had not heard anything by that evening to call back and they would get to the bottom of it, fortunately our local distribution center called 30 minutes later to say they were on their way. The chicks I have got from them are always healthy and lively, and never any dead ones, also they have the best price on their breeds and beat everyone's prices.
