thanks...i think my 4 year old is taking it way better than me. she's very matter of fact about it and says that happens sometimes...she has a good grasp on the whole "circle of life" thing.

I'm going through the same thing right now. And my father-in-law and other family members are irritated with me because I won't let them bring their dogs over to our house anymore. My father-in-law says if his dog is not welcome, he's not welcome. This is after my father-in-law's dog killed three of my chicks! Thank goodness DH is sticking up for me!

My family knows that no dogs are allowed to come to my home because my dogs would prolly eat them. I hate my dad's dog but I have to put up with her because he lives on my property. IM going to leave now because I have issues with my dad.
