Thanks everyone! My dh was surprised that I actually pulled this off.

I told her no. The feathers are glued on, but it still molts. Bad enough my jeans still have a bit on them. I dont need them all over this other moms house. She might not be as appreciative.

they are out there for Halloween. The craft store near us had them but for about $10 per boa.

I am planning on putting it up for sale next fall on either Ebay or Etsy. Since she wont fit into it next year. Figure someone else can use it for their chicken loving child.
I wanted her to be a white chicken for better visibility, but that was not what she wanted.
