Thank you hilaree. Come along with us. Some days we are just down right nutty. Others deep and soul searching. I think we have all come to the conclustion that we have one rule and one rule only. Pity parties are not allow! I may give you 2 lines of self pity before I kick your butt. Pity if mana of this thing. It eats it up. That and self doubt. Sure some day it may take me to my grave, but it's gonna have to drag me kicking and screaming alll the way!!!!

He has a walker to help him along and oxygen for a while too. His CT scan came back negatory, so all things are good except his back and the arthritis. He stays home for two weeks and a visiting nurse will see how he's doing each week and pt people will be stopping by 3 days a week. They can keep on eye on him while I'm at work. He's getting around so much better now. He learned a lot at the rehab center. A lot of people say "rehab huh? what was his drug problem?" So now we say, "rehab facility for physical therapy".

Coyote, nice seeing you here with your cheery self and no complaints

you definitely have that wolf spirit going on

Yeah and why wait til you have just some random fuzzies hanging around, shave it off I say. There's a bit of freedom in doing that.

I don't look like a girl yet, so I still wear the mop, and it looks like salt & pepper coming in for me so far. I'm hoping that by January I can toss the wig and be totally free.

Coyote - Thanks for your insight! No wonder I choke up when I meet a horse. It's very emotional

Very beautiful creatures. The bottle nose dolphin means a lot too. I believe they're angels with those sly little grins. Two of them followed our ferry from Lewes, DE to Cape May on our last trip.

Just lovely.

Oh and last week I was going out to radiation and I saw a flock of wild turkeys!! I couldn't believe it so I turned around and went back home to grab my camera, unfortunately they decided to forage in the front yard of the "cheesedoodle" house. But there they were.....8 of them! Only 7 showed up cause one stinker was trailing.....

they were going from house to house like little trick or treaters ! So cute. In my 30 plus years in this town I never saw wild turkeys! A good sign.

Round 2 is on Tuesday. It's got to be better than last time, cuz I will be on the road on Friday afternoon going to get my boy!! The lady who has him and I have decided we are tired of waiting for the person setting up the transport to get going! Going to meet in Nashville next Saturday afternoon!!! I can't wait to finally put my hands on him!!!!!

Luna and Coyote - I am lurking about but still check in on you

Luna - Congratulations on your last treatment - the turkeys are surely a good omen and and sign of things to come!

Coyote - good energy out into the universe to you. You are in my thoughts.

You are both amazing women!

Jenny
