Oldhen, any news on the labs? I had mine rechecked today and my CBC was okay. Platelets were up a touch, everything else stable or slightly increased. I'll sleep better tonight.

they were slightly up, oh so slightly, I was told to stop freaking out, but such things always live in the back of my head, I'm sure they do for you too.

Happy to hear everything with you is stable, wish I could say everything is better, and you never need to wonder or worry again.

Get a rose bush to plant for him. It always helps for me.

I'm an optimist at heart, but when it comes to my disease I like this statement.....

I'd rather be a disappointed pessimist than a horrified optimist.


I agree with Jan, plant a rose or some other bush/shrub for your dog. I've done that with dogs over the years and it does seem to help.

Thank you, for now I'm okay and gonna keep that foremost in my mind, it is emotionally draining to dwell on the what ifs, but it usually will pop up in my head before a doctor's appointment. Thank you, you are very kind.
