OK, I know you're going to think I'm saying this just to be nice, but I'm not. You've got a really pretty head. That sounds funny, I know, but I mean it's got a great shape. You can totally pull off going bald if/when you're comfortable with it. My Mom has fought cancer twice (and with our family history I know my time is coming eventually) and she has a good head shape, too. DH shaves his head on purpose and does NOT have an even shape........I lovingly call him knothead.

I think you're an amazing woman, incredibly strong with a great sense of humor. You've very inspiring and I wanted you to know there are tons of us out here praying for you and thinking of you.

Luna, I hope you know that you remain in my prayers always. I read this, and most often find I have little to say. You are a credit to cancer victims everywhere, and I really think that somewhere, someone has read this thread and been encouraged to keep fighting.

Hello Luna's head.


I have missed you and think about you oh so often. And here I find you and your lovely shaped head. And buffy is right...you are a shining light and your strength through these trials is a testimony to me and many others here and those who's paths you have crossed.

My mom was 5 years clean for breast cancer this last feb. Today she went in for an MRI and has let me know she does worry that it has returned. I pray it is a muscle strain and nothing more serious but we never know where our lives will take us, do we? So we just keep on moving on down the road...take it as it comes.

Thank you for being such a wonderful and beautiful friend that has filled many of my days with a special laughter when I needed it the most.

now...should I call EC and Wynette for some surgical undertakings on your behalf? I know of a great pond with some healthy hungry leeches.

I actually like the freedom of no hair! A shower feels great, and I'm done sooner! I thought I had a weird spot on the back upper left side

I asked my daughter to look at it - is it a mole I'm not aware of? She said no, it's a curly cue thingy - a hair spiral knot thing.

OK! I'm good with that.
