I'm truly touched by all of you. Cyn, I'm not sure about what to do with the hair, I already have a couple of wigs (I have pics of me in the wigs, I'll show those later

) Maybe I can stuff a little pillow!

You never know who reads til they say so.

When I get home from work, I pull the wig off and air my head out. Paul likes my bald head too. If I get chilly, I'll wear a scarf, otherwise, bald it is.

Luna you really do have a pretty head my lovely, wonderful Other Mom(inlaw) had a pretty but large bald head she threatened to have bowling ball finger holes drawn on the back LOL She was a pleasure to be with!

Luna, just enjoy the bald, lot easier to take care of, in my case mine can back in better , lot darker (less grey)

You're lucky you don't have one of dang moles! I swear it's the only thing that didn't loose it's hair!

I have a friend that weaves animal hair. I'm saving up the fur bunnies that are all over my house and combings from the long haired furry things around here. I don't know if she's ever done human hair, but I can ask. I saw an episode of Cats 101 on Animal Planet where this person that ran a grooming business for cats actually helped the owner shave their long haired cats. They would then spin it, then eventually knit it into handbags.


Coopcrazy, drag your friend in here kicking and screaming if need be. She's got to get mad at the disease and take control. It's the only way to beat it. I worked with a lady that started with colon cancer. Beat that only to develop breast cancer. Beat that! Later developed cervical cancer (we think it may have come from being over radiated with the colon cancer) And now liver cancer. She missed only 3 days of work in the last 6 years and that was when she had her double masectomy!
