LOVE the pic Ranchie & Orp! I knew which one was Orp (Steff) cause it's in her avatar, I was trying to put a face with ranchie's name.......I wasn't far off! You look just like my other sister! You guys are lovely and you look so happy! Thanks for posting the pic!

Thank you bwebb and 3goodeggs......I have one more treatment to go on Aug 4th. Then I'm done!

Then some radiation.......don't have info on how much of that I have to do, will find out in August.

Ginny (luna), I am impressed that you fiddled with compost - I have found it too stinkin' hot to get anything done outside, and usually I'd rather be outside than anywhere else. And now we're in for at least another 6 days straight of 90's+ with heat index over that century mark. Yeesh! A record breaking summer in NJ, big time. Saw BJ and Ellie trying to hitch a ride to Canada. I would like to tag along with them.

Was out stapling the chicken wire to the new coop and you popped into my mind. Had to come in and say "Hi". Glad to hear you made it thru #5.

How are you feeling today?

I also was playing in the compost heap. When I turned it it felt like a big nasty dragon or something was breathing on me. Kinda made my stomach turn.

Guess that means it was working.

I got my butt kicked this time. I was OK Wed and Thurs. Friday I laid around like a slug and did nothing but feel weird. Fresh air was the only thing that made me feel better but it was so hot I mostly stayed inside and rolled from one couch to another. I read a lot to get my mind off it. The last time I had a fast food fried fish sandwich was in 1993, but that's all I wanted on Friday........

that and a small chocolate shake. There's a Wendy's up the street and Paul & I went there for my craving. At least I managed to get out for a few minutes. Then back home to the couch. Later that night it was mashed potatoes and gravy. I tell you I'm eating more crap now than I have in years. But it's the only thing I want.

And it's comfort crap.

Today I feel more like my old self. Except no stamina, I think I left that on the couch somewhere.................
