Black Bart and Biddy - I'm so very sorry about your friends. Biddy, I wonder if medical marijuana would help your friend, without the negative side effects she is experiencing from morphine? It seems to give lots of peopel relief they can't find elsewhere...

jjthink, You know I have heard of it all over, even read about it helping a lot of people. Thank you so much for the suggestion. I will mention it to her. If nothing else we are both from that era and it will give her a good laugh, right now that is always worth alot.

I'm not an expert, but can't help but wondering, if marijuana can help with the nausea of chemo, can it help with the nausea of morphine? just a thought.

They do sell hemp oil at the healthfood store BUT it doesn't have any THC in it and without that it won't work like it needs to.

Biddy sorry to hear your friend is have a hard battle......tell her not to give up, know it hard not too , but need to stay strong. I also have stage 4 colon cancer, found over 3 years ago been fighting, with the help with of my dear BYC friend picking me up when i want to give up.

Coyote have to vote you as the General leading us all fighting these battles.......you are one very strong woman...

deerman, thank you for the encouraging words. Depite all, I don't think she is ready to give up yet. That is my greatest fear because of the pain she is in now. She is proud of the fact that she has lasted so long, but there are several things I have left out and I think this just adds to her misery. I am glad you are doing so well! I am a firm believer that attitude helps.

Nurse--you did FANTASTIC!!!! I wanna invite to that party too!!

Jen---isn't it crazy that we can purchase products containing hemp that come from other countries, but it's illegal for any form of it to be grown in the US!!! You would have to smoke an entire field of the hemp that is used for making rope, clothing and hemp oil to even get the slightest buzz.

Biddy---check a health food store. You may be able to find some there or online. I know it helped Sara a whole lot. She swears by medical mj.

Luna, mine isn't quite as curly as yours,but I think I got a lot more silver in mine though, lol

Had my Butterscotch kitty to the vet today. All signs of infection are gone. She is one happy kitty not having to be locked up in the house anymore. Especially happy she doesn't have to use the litter box any more. I swear she would pace around the house with her puddy paws crossed until she couldn't hold it anymore.

Coyote your hair , looks thick. Mine can back with less silver...beard lot darker............but thin again because of the chemo pills. But still have alot more hair than guys my age........
