so they let Michael Vick back into the NFL?

AGAIN Pete Rose LIED about betting then when cornered said yeah he bet, but never on his games. Once a lier always a lier.

So, lying is worse than killing a dog?

No follow the chain of thought here, it is a new question why is PETE ROSE not allowed back into baseball??

AND its not about what is worse, not the lying but the GAMBLING, and in this case Gambling on a sport that you are playing in or manageing where your decisions could Potentially Ruin the believeabiltiy of a sport.

There is no way that killing a dog could change or effect the outcome of a sporting event, but Not scoring the extra run so the spread is not covered, or not starting your best pitcher so the other team has a better chance of winning could.

HELLOOOOOOO Dog fighting is about gambling, and you can bet your bottom dollar if he bet on dogs misery he bet on football games.

No doubt or Wally World either, but if he gets in a couple more good years with a team making a couple million a year I dont think he will have to worry about running the Toads Great Adventure ride, or counting anyone elses money.

Off topic a little if I may:
Wouldnt it be great to show up at WallyWorld and Micheal Vick offer your kids a Smile Face sticker and then offer to get you a cart(buggy since he probably would stay in the south)
Dont forget to smile and thank me for shopping at Walmart

HELLO Pete admited to betting on Baseball, Vick did no such thing.

Dog fighting is gambling, NOT allowed by either sport in any venue. If compared to drug dealing Pete would be the user and Mike the dealer. And yes Pete did step up and admit to gambling, Vick denied everything up until convicted. I would take Pete's word long before trusting Vick to even shovel horse stalls.

I am not too familiar with this story execpt what I have caught on the news. I think everyone deserves a second chance (second, not third fourth and so on but yes, defiantly a second chance) no matter who you are or what you have done. People can change for the better. I was raised with fighting dogs and chickens. My dad bred and fought pitts. My dad is a different man then he was years ago too. He has found God and completly changed himself around. So, even people who do things that others consider cruel can always come out for the better. My opinion is that he gets another chance....if we just go ahead and comdem everyone for every horrid thing they have done then we aren't accomplishing anything IMO or helping folks change and be accepted as a changed person....JMO

He wouldn't be able to work at Disneyworld..or in Public Accounting.

Because, I don't want my 8 year old to think its ok to do a crime, pay for it, and then be able to walk right back into the lifestyle you once had. You have to earn the right to be in the public eye, and I think sports figures have a big responsibility to their public to act decent and upright. JMO. I feel the same way about teachers and preachers and elected officials. We really have been let down, haven't we?

Not that I really care but none of your facts are even close to straight. At any rate what connection is there between Michael Vick and Pete Rose? absolutely none.

I still say he's (VICK) a sick pup..

And always will be inside. No matter what he shows on the outside.. He wont change..i dont believe it for a moment. Anyone that can inflict that kind of pain on any living things is missing a VERY important part of his soul...and you just dont get that back..IMO
