so ugly they're cute competition

This is Ugg. He is a 5 month old OEGB Cockerel. He hatched like this and I really didn't think he would make it but he is very strong and determined and such a friendly little guy. One-eyed and cross beaked, his food has to be wet in order for him to get enough to eat. Also I brush his beak out with a toothbrush because it gets full of dirt and food that he can't dislodge. We trim his beak, and yes it's time to trim the top again. It grows very fast. He has just started crowing and it sounds adorable. I keep him with my silkies and showgirls because they are Placid and don't pick on him. He has a face only a mother could love, and so do my grandchildren.
