This sure doesn't lend itself to pics but I flex my eyes' back muscles and it sounds like snare drums. I entertain myself playing marches, the old 20th Century Fox theme and the Cha Cha. It comes in handy while someone is rambling on about a boring topic: I'm playing songs!
