I didn't know that mites could actually cause death so thank you for posting about your beautiful roo. Do you know of any sites that might show pics of such a thing? I'd like to make sure I knew what to look for if my chickens should ever happen to get them.

I am so sorry for your loss. He was certainly a beautiful guy. I know how you are grieving, it hurts. Keep the good memories of him. I lost my one 8 day old Blue Cochin and i cried a lot. Glad you have the great pics. of him. He will never be forgotten.
