Sebastopols are lovely animals. I have never been attacked or bitten by any of my gently raised, respected pets. They are hardy, do not fly, have friendly temperments and are beautiful. Oh, they are excellent parents too!

I have romans, shetlands, americans (buff, lavender, blue) and pomeranians (all very beautiful) and they are all about as friendly as they will be. They will eat out my hand but still remain cautious of me. I love them. They all make about the same amount of noise and that is when I drive up or come outside they come to greet me and see if I have food for them.

I have cotton patch geese which are extremely rare. I think they're great. They're not too loud, only if something's going on. Otherwise I rarely hear them throughout the day. They've never bit anyone (I do hold them alot as goslings) and they get along fine with the chickens and dogs. They hiss at the dogs, but they've never attacked them even though they're 5 times their size lol. Like someone else said, they're actually scaredy cats even though they look tough as nails.

My two are embdens. They are noisy (especially when they see someone), can be aggressive (they were hand reared), have attacked my german shepherd who is now terrified of them! If I stand by the back door eating, I generally get mugged for it, they bang the back door with their beaks when they want me,chase my cockerel if he comes too close, sometimes they sneak up behind him & pinch his bum which is quite funny when he's showing off to the girls, very intelligent, love a cuddle & I wouldn't be without them.

I love them.
