Home made crust with edge, uncooked eggs scrambled up on top, cooked sausage sprinkled over that, cheese over the whole thing and bake.

I butchered 4 Alaskan snow pheasants about 2 hours ago. they're in the slow cooker. YUMMY!

I'm behind and haven't cooked today....Yikes........

The breakfast casserole rerun this morning was a big hit.....Chili from yesterday for his lunch and veggie lasagne for mine....

Honey hasn't eaten any vegetarian lasagne, so I'm thinking I'll put barbeque sauce on it and put it in a hamburger bun,,,,,turn down the lights light only one candle and tell him it's an italian hamburger.....

Seriously, looks like I'll have to eat it all.....Maybe tomorrow he'll try it..... I didn't know he was adverse to the idea of spinach in it....

I'm seriously thinking of a fry daddy day tomorrow as a surprise to hubby....(He loves fried)

Maybe that fish given to us a few weeks ago by a fisher,,,,,,hushpuppies,,,,,,and a large plate or fresh sweet potatoe fries...and for my strange cravings.....Is homemade sourkraut too weird of a substitute for cole slaw......Of course ice tea

And I'd like to make some orange sorbet.....Or maybe an orange cake.....

I'm making bowtie pasta with pesto and sun dried tomato-garlic turkey sausage. mmmm plus some banana squash I had frozen, I can't find the carrots I had frozen earlier, they must be at the bottom of the freezer lol

Too many leftovers yesterday!!!! No cooking....

Hubby doesn't like the veggie lasagne......He didn't say so.....He just picked at it.....

Soooo....tomorrow it goes to Roosterville area......I hope they eat it or my cooking ego goes way down.....

Well it's eggs for dinner tonight....Been a while.....So eggs, biscuits and grits..... With fresh fruit...

Sometimes, dinner is the best with something simple tonight.....

Tomorrow, I'm going to go "chinese".....Will pick up some egg roll wrappers in town.....

Buffalo sirloin steak with broccoli. First time ever with buffalo! It was so tender. I seared it very simply with olive oil, garlic salt and pepper to rare/med.rare. It was almost as tender as a beef filet. I try new stuff when my DH is deployed. That way, if it wasn't any good I've only wasted money on one serving vs. two. Wow, can't wait to make them for him. The price is about the same as a beef sirloin at the commissary so I was very pleased.

Hubby made shepherds pie and it was delicious!!!!
