So, what do we all do with our first eggs?

My first egg came a little over a month ago. My son found it and insisted that i bring it right up, wash it and boil it for him to have a hard boiled egg. My son is six! So that is what we did with our first egg.
 
I have enjoyed a few egg salad sandwitches so far
