We're having a ham this year. The past few years we've taken to eating turkey year round instead of just at Thanksgiving, so ham it is.

We are going to be trying some of our own geese for Thanksgiving. I hope he's good.

When we used to go to my DF and MIL's he would always make a duck, he would alway burn it and he was the only one who ate it. Boy I miss those days.

I've never eaten duck or goose. If I can hatch enough to where they don't become 'pets' I might, but it's not looking good

Though I do have about 5 drakes too many........
