peach and apple streudel!!!! I got the recipe off foodwishes.com under the dessert category.

Lemon meringue (my absolute favorite), cherry (for some reason my mother always makes one insisting it is my favorite), a black walnut pie, of course pumpkin, cranberry swirl cheesecake (the wonderful, takes forever, REAL ones), that horrible fluffy green salad stuff.......I am sure there will be more.

I am going to try making a Xylitol-sweetened Pumpkin Cheesecake.

And I MIGHT try the strawberry pie recipe I got from a BYCer....If you guys want that recipe PM ozark hen....It sounds so yummy...cream cheese and cookie crust and strawberries and whipped cream....

2 cups sweet potatoes, mashed
3 eggs
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup heavy cream
9 inch pie crust

Mix together all ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

You can jazz it up by adding a touch of bourbon to the mix.

My mom is making sweet potatoe pie and I am making a chocolate pecan pie. MMMMMMMMMM mmmmmmm

It's all desert for me, the turkey, the stuffing, the veggies, the deviled eggs, the mashed potatoes and gravy, and the rolls.
