My drug addict neighbours has a city by law officer come to thier house because of trash at the side of thier house and tons of dogs and for some reason they looked in our back yard and mentioned to them that they wanted to talk to us about our rabbit hutch. The by law enforcer apparently called the humane society on the nieghbours not us, I talked to the humane society man and he stated the limit of rabits is 8,so he see's no issues. I didn't get a note or call, hopefully the it was them "mentioning" it not the by-law enforcer so they figured they could scare me with it.

Just ranting I'm worried that the by-law guy will come back, I hope that there is nothing wrong with having a hutch! I could be like" this is the day time cage they live in the house at night"
