Mornin y'all!

I just wanted to add to my prior post that everything listed there is what I use and how I made mine. Bear in mind that I've made a total of 2 batches of soap to date. Although it worked for me, I would (and do) pay particular attention to hints, tips and advice from the experienced soapers.

With that note posted ... I'm going to go get some more rest.

Yes, I do. That one is a gardener/kitchen soap with lemon verbena scent and lemon peel granules.

i take it outside because IT STINKS to the point of it makes me cough.. I would rather do that outside too.. its not like im going a mile just out the door.. i really dont want my kids breathing that in..

I can never get it frozen because I put it in the freezer first thing with making soap and it doesnt freeze..

It won't freeze in that amount of time (as you found out!) I use to use that same method (before we got our own milk cow), but when I got the canned milk home from the store, I would shake the can real well, pour it into a ziploc bag, lay it flat in the freezer. Doesn't take up much room and frozen GM when you're ready to soap!​

that is a good idea.. do you measure the bag first? or it is so small of weight it really doesnt matter?

I don't bevel either. LOL

That's the way they come out of the mold sometimes. The freezer paper sometimes isn't pressed to the corner or moves and I am lazy.
