I hear ya on the OO. It has been a whole 5 days since I've made soap and I'm certain we're going to need more for the sale as so many have expressed interest. I keep saying, "I just need to make ONE more batch!" Ha!

In your latest picture, what are the cylinder shaped soaps on the bottom right? It looks like you only made a few of them so I'm wondering if they were something special. That's how I'm thinking of doing my shaving soaps for the guys.

It was a very small batch and only took two weeks to cure. I ran out of room in my little plastic mold so I grabbed whatever I could use to put the rest in lol. The other soaps that I have done since aren't even as bad as these lol. I'll take pics and post them for everyone to laugh at

They all look like this lol .I was in panicke mood at that point and really needed to find something to put it in and so I grabbed tupperware and anything I could.

Thankfully since this I have not made the same mistake and they are not that ugly any more.

I mailed out a couple of the molded ones that I want to give for Christmas to unsuspecting family members lol

I completely know what you mean about panic. I try to avoid it at all costs, probably to the annoyance of everyone when I ask a zillion questions before doing something. ha ha

They remind me of tree bark, which isn't a bad thing if that's what you're aiming for. I say you just go with it and tell people that's what you were trying to do!

I love the rustic look!

So which one is which? They're 3 different colors, so I assume they're different 'flavors', right?

Wow! Are those the chocolate ones? They look good enough to eat! Better keep 'em away from cheeptrick since she's confessed to loving the way her soaps tastes!

Unfortunatly no. They are from the first two batches. The dark ones are from the very first and the light ones are from the second. I added less chocolte in the second so they do look diferent. I decided I'm not sure if I want to do the chocolate again or not. They are great to use though! Even DH likes them. Of course he siad that when there is only a little piece of the soap left that its going to look like a terd. Those are his exact words. So I guess he washed gear oil off his hands with a terd lol.
