Soap Makers Help!

The bars actually aren't very big at all I just zoomed in so you could see better. They are about 2 inches tall and 4 wide I think. Give or take. I want to make chamomille and lemon tea soap tonight but I need to check and see if I have enough stuff to make it with. Absoloutley hooked. ( I know I spelled it wrong lol ) I really want to get good at this so that I can sell them and have money to pay for my supplies since I'm a stay at home mom. DH thinks I'm doing well though. Thanks for not laughing

Thank you for that list, cheeptrick! I wonder if chlorophyll can be found locally ~ perhaps health-food stores might have it?

chiknwhisper ~ those bars look like my first bars! Let's not call them ~ugly~, instead, we can use the politically correct term of ~rustic~. ;-D

BB ~ Those rosemary & lavender bars are beautiful!

NP & MP ~ we would all love to see some of your bars as well!! I am hoping some of you have some well-cured bars, so that I can see what that would look like. How do we know they are done? Just the taste test?

Hubby says I have ADHD since I typically have a dozen projects running all at once... LMBO

As for the chickens I started with quail (just wanted eggs and a small bird that was easy to care for) well after they hatched grew up and layed their first egg I had to have chickens as well... LMBO I have 2 homemade bators up and running one full of quail eggs and the other to soon be jammed packed full of chicken eggs...

but all that will take days before they hatch so in the mean time I figured I could make soap to keep me busy...

Now trying to figure out a way to convence hubby to let me turn is old shed into a goat barn it's small and would be the perfect size!!! (I need the goats for the milk in my soap... ha ha ha)

My kids want goats so bad... I will probably try to get the dwarf goats because I hear they are easier to care for???

My DH didn't want me makiin' soap at first. Then I started talking goats and wouldn't stop lol. That was a HUGE NO from him. So then I asked again if I could order lye and make soap. It was either that I run out and get a goat. I am now making soap and lovin' it. But I am still gonna get a goat

I found goat mold at Camden Grey that I want to get.

I'll look all innocent when he goes to wash up and has a goat lookin back at him

Although he is now an enabler to my chicken addiction LMBO. I was looking at what I am going to order and he asked why I don't by a leghorn or the brown egg layer special

He will live to regret those words
