Lemongrass,

Anise, and Vanilla EOs today from MMS. I can't wait to get them in and have more to work with

I also ordered my 10x10 tent for the FM. I was wondering how I could find out if I need to charge sales tax. I can't find ot who to ask or any info about it online. Do any of you charge sales tax?

You most likely need a tax ID number if you make more than a set amount of $$ per year. Check with your county tax office.

Short. Good for batting is what I am considering right now. I have never tried to spin their wool as this is the first shearing with them for us. They don't grow a long coat but it is super thick. They milk out about a gallon or so at a time. These are on the smallish size. Bigger than an angora goat but not as large as a border leicester ewe.

I'm working my way through "In Sheep's Clothing" and trying to collect wool from as many types of breeds as I can.

Just ordered a couple fleeces from primitive (single coat) Shetland ...

I wanted to post a picture of the sampler packs I made last night for the health food store. It's a bad picture because it's inside, but I'm going to make more for the farmer's market. These are all 1/2 bars.

BB can't wait to see the soap, I'll post pictures of the osemary mint and floral spice soaps I made last night. I used all infused olive oil for my oo in my soap.

chiknwhisperer I went to the states comptrollers office after I registered in my county to register for the state and get my tax id number. They were really nice and walked me through filing my first quarterly taxes. I have tax included in my price, which I have to let people know.
I can't wait to hear how you like the oils from MMS, I've read really good things from them. I love peppermint oil and the lemongrass is great too. Citrus with an earthyness I like. I haven't tried the others.

I like the sampler pack Morgaine! That is a great idea that I never thought of. I made more business cards today and put what kinds of soaps I have on the back of them.
