Morgaine Consistency is one of the keys for selling at the FM. Customers want to know that you will be there every week (hopefully in the same space). I would bring what you had with a large sign "Coming Next Week" and list your other soaps..

breconbcs Yes, the mold is dishwasher safe, although the residual soap may make too many bubbles for the dishwasher

I know, I am just in awe. I knew we did well, but it wasn't till we got home and counted that I realized it was so much. I sold all 7 samplers and I'm also selling the little sample bars for $.50 each or 5 for $2. Those did well, and if someone bought a bar I would throw in a small bar for free. I wish I would have brought my camera because I liked the way I set up better this time.

That's what I'm thinking too, thanks. It just didn't feel right to skip like that. Kinda like I was skipping class, lol.

Congrats on doing so well at the FM! I have to agree with MLF, go next weekend and put up a sign of what you will be bringing the following weekend. You never know, you may even get some orders for them.

That batch has a Jasmine scent to it.

MLF, thanks for the info about the mold. I thought it would be safe to put in the dishwasher but just wanted to be sure.

I just did a Calendula soap (I knew I kept that smaller slow cooker for a reason), and then added some lavendar scent. I put some of the petals on top and there are pieces of petals mixed into the soap. Here it is just poured into the mold.

Hopefully it turns out...
