I used my little drawer liner mold to tilt a log mold on each side and then put my 8# weights on the other sides to keep them in place. I poured the first layer tilted, did a diferent batch, the set the molds right and poured the other layer. Next time I'll pour at a thinner trace to get a straighter line. I used a pretty steep water discount (40% lye solution) and soaped a little warmer than normal so it set up more than I wanted when I blended in the scent, but I wanted to make sure it was all mixed in correctly.
I like eou too. I've been very happy with them, although I haven't tried their lavender. I had stocked up on 3 pounds when brambleberry was having a sale. I love eou's bitter almond fragrance too. Smells just like almond extract and is really cheap!
