Soap question

I was wondering if you can take bars of soap and turn them into liquid soap that stays liquid. I'm tired of the bars.

A little warm water and and time is all that is needed, we use the soap scrapes to make liquid soap to wash our hands.

That's it???? That easy? Should I heat it up in a pan set inside a pan of water on the stove? Like chocolate?

I add the scrapes to hot water in the squirter and shake it up then let it sit and shake it every now and then and it works fine.
