SoCal Chickenstock Recipes

Ok, I really liked that salsa Debi and I have already made it once. I would like to make more, but I would rather use the tomatoes I am growing rather than canned ones. Any ideas on how to modify the recipe for fresh tomatoes? I am awful at figuring out how to adjust recipes for different ingredients or methods.

Heather, just measure the amount of tomatoes in the can. Once you chop the fresh ones, it will be the same volumn as the can anyways. I make that salsa all the time.
