All of my chickens but one let me pick them up how can I get it used to being held?

Not all chickens want to be held. If it's fine being around you but just doesn't want to be picked up, I'd let it have its way unless you must handle it, i.e. for health checkups.

That's fine, it doesn't need to be hand fed, just willing to take some treats.

So easy way to train a chicken to come for treats is to put some rattly sounding treats that it likes (i.e. sunflower seeds, dried black soldier fly larvae, dried corn, etc) in an easy to shake plastic container. Rattle it, then toss the chicken some treats. Do it a couple times each day. The chickens will catch on quickly that the rattling of the container = goodies and will follow you for it. You can add a voice command to it too but the beauty of the rattling container is anyone can use it and it'll always sound the same.

Might be a good idea to keep your birds confined then.
