Socially Isolated (with my chickens) and the Unknown Corona

Suddenly,

• living in the country, socially isolated
• a large pile of firewood (2 years worth) to heat my house
• clean and free drinking water from a pipe on my property
• the cheapest hydro electricity in North America
• access to a "free" medical system
• a great medical and dental insurance policy (Federal Govt.)
• a constant supply of fresh eggs
• a fertile cockerel and 11 pullets less than 1 year old
• a workshop and all the tools I need to build "stuff"
• an emerging garden (wish I had started years ago)

is looking pretty good.

Not perfect since I will still need some food and other basics that I cannot provide myself, but pretty good.
