Soft Egg Help....video link

My best laying 8 month old hen Pepper was acting weird this afternoon so I grabbed my cell a videoed the events to help with the diagnosis. She is my largest layer and often lays double yokes. She is also the head of the flock.

When I walked out side she was standing over what looked like a soft light colored unbroken egg. Her normal eggs are brown. When I was videoing her she dropped what looked like a second egg except this one was only half a shell. See video link to YouTube.

What should I do she is now up in the roost....

I too have this problem, a previously good layer has had a short break but has now started laying shell-less eggs. Proper size with the soft inner membrane but no shell. Would appreciate any thoughts/comments
