My two year old wyandotte has been laying soft eggs. She lays them and they immediately break. She gets oyster shells in her food. Last Thursday she watched our other girl, Sussie, get killed by a Coyote. My wyandotte, Panang, sounded the alarm but by the time we got out there our girl was gone and a big pile of feathers was left.
Could stress be causing her soft eggs? It's not the same with Sussie gone, I can see it in our remaining girls.
Or is there another way to get her more calcium?

Instead of mixing it in the food offer it separately in another feeder all the time. They will take what they need. The amount needed can vary greatly from bird to bird and from season to season, so having it available free choice lets them self regulate based on their own needs. All kinds of things can affect egg quality including stress and illness.

The shells have hardened slightly but now they have an unusual shape and all these bumps

The bumps are calcium deposits. If you stop mixing the oyster shell into the feed and let them self regulate that may resolve. Lots anomalies can happen and the causes can vary. Stress can absolutely contribute, any kind of stress, even just from hotter than usual temperatures. I would give them a bit more time, see if things settle down, and eggs may return to normal. I was about to post the link that @Eggcessive did, beat me to it!!
