Soft Shell Egg question...

This morning, the soft egg layer was on the nest, earlier than her normal time, any way I watched for her coming out of the coop, I went in and there was a perfect egg, fairly large and the the main thing the shell was hard, I just hope this the start of many.

Well I thought maybe the soft egg layer had stopped but lo and behold I think I have another one doing it now.
It's kind of good news in a way it means another one is starting to lay but bad news is the egg was on the coop floor, luckily not broken but I'm not sure which one laid it.

The shell was soft but intact, I broke it open in a dish, breakfast in the morning, it was a fairly large egg too lol.
