Solar cooking

Free oven power is good. No heating up the house in the summer. Lol. I'm a must have my cake kinda girl..I love sweets. I make all my bread. A good loaf of bread home made is cheaper than a semi decent store loaf these days.
He's prepared bread. Needs to rise.
He's trying chicken leg quarters now. LOL In the driveway!

:woot Happy to find some folks who are trying solar cooking! I have a sun oven that I’ve used for many years, but mostly for moist things that have slow cooked through the day. Chili, stews, roasts, pork ribs, lasagne. I’ve used it to heat lasagne and crust less quiches that I made previously and froze. I’ve just ordered a parabolic cooker to try out. It’s supposed to be more like cooking on a stove top than a box cooker. I find the evacuated tube cookers interesting and sorta want one of those as well.
