Solar Eclipse + Chickens = Blindness?

We got 70% and the wild birds got quieter, but really, it's slightly overcast ant no big deal to my chickens

I ran inside and grabbed my husband's video camera. It is the end of our prime viewing area. The roosters are all doing a good morning chat or something!
I'll have my husband get the shots off the camera and I will Share!!

I'm in an area that got 85%...it looked overcast outside and that's about it. I'm at work but called the hubby to see if our brood reacted....nope! They didn't even notice.

I was in the path of totality and I am sad to say none of my chickens ran around like their heads were cut off! Seriously though, they didn't even go to roost, instead they hid under the deck and wouldn't come out until a few minutes ago.
