Some advice needed from my expert friends...........

I have been pickling some quail eggs and now the local stores here want to sell them. They sell faster than I can make them, could turn into something pretty good. My question is, should I get fda approval and how would I do that. And also, would I need some kind of business license?? What ya'll think?

In Kansas, you would need to be inspected just like a restaurant would be. Has to be a dedicated cooking \\ food prep set-up. 3 sinks hot water, ect.... Not a real big deal if you have the room, trailer or even a garage could be set up. I used to cater BBQ some years back... Good luck, Bill
