Some advice needed

I have some Cayuga eggs hatching soon like in 8 to 12 days

When the eggs are hatching I have to move them to a small incubator due to I have Muscovy eggs in there with them and won't be able to stop the turning .

Is this gonna be okay I usually just have one set breed of duck in there so I don't have to worry about it .

Many people use a separate Hatcher from their incubator. It'll be fine, just make sure the hatches are stable.
