Some leach have bitten my Chicken

My question is how are your chickens coming into contact with leeches ? Do you have a pond that they drink from ?

This was a first experience to me .there wasn't a leech bite in chickens in the time of my grandfather.i saw she was tried to remove it but i helped with some salt. leeches are common in my region

Let me ask again. Do your chickens live in swamp water up to their noses?

And Before a short days another leech have bitten this chicken

What country do you live in OP? If a leech did latch onto one of your chickens, just sprinkle some salt on it and it will fall off.

Unless a chicken is covered in leeches, they won't do much harm.
