First of all, unless your chickens live in a swamp that goes up to their noses, there’s no way a leech would get up there. And chickens hate water. Second, it would go somewhere OTHER THAN THE NOSTRIL.

This was a first experience to me .there wasn't a leech bite in chickens in the time of my grandfather.i saw she was tried to remove it but i helped with some salt. leeches are common in my region
