Some of my Hens are loosing feathers! Please help, looks bad!

Looking at the pictures. That is defiantly not moulting. That is from a rooster over-riding the hens and probably some feather picking. You could try some chicken saddles by making them or buying some here on the BYC in the Buy~Sell~Trade forum area.

Do you think this is a major issue to their health? They are acting normal but I wanna make sure its not like a bad health issue. Is there another remedy besides the saddles? I heard you can give them blocks of feed that help stop picking
